New in the O1 Suite: Pricing Control, Clearer Shipments, and Better Performance Insights

The O1 Suite continues to evolve to support brands operating across multiple marketplaces.
This January release focuses on three core areas that directly impact daily operations: pricing management, shipment reconciliation, and performance visibility.

These updates are designed to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and give teams clearer control across markets.

Below is an overview of what’s new and how these improvements support more efficient marketplace operations.

Smarter Pricing Management Across Markets

Managing prices across countries often involves complex spreadsheets, repetitive updates, and a high risk of inconsistencies. The latest pricing updates in the O1 Suite are designed to simplify this process while keeping full control at product level.

What’s new

  • Improved price import with automatic field matching
  • Automatic detection of currency formats
  • Advanced filters by product name, SKU, and brand
  • Flexible conditions such as contains, does not contain, is, and is not
  • Bulk price updates across multiple SKUs and countries, including:
    • Absolute or percentage-based price changes
    • Configurable rounding rules (for example 0.05, 0.09, 0.95, 0.99)
    • A preview step before confirming changes

Why it matters

These improvements make it easier to apply consistent pricing logic across markets, react faster to cost or margin changes, and reduce the risk of manual errors, all while maintaining full item-level control.

Clearer Control Over Notifications

Different teams need different signals. Notification settings in the O1 Suite can now be managed at user level.

What’s new

Users can choose which notifications they want to receive directly via their profile settings.

Why it matters

This helps reduce unnecessary noise while ensuring key operational actions remain visible inside the Suite, allowing teams to stay focused without losing oversight.

Improved Performance Visibility in Dashboards and Advertising

Understanding performance at product level is essential for better decision-making. This release adds more detailed filtering options across reporting views.

What’s new

  • SKU- and product-level filters in the main Dashboard
  • The same filters available in Advertising views

Why it matters

These updates make it easier to analyse performance in detail, compare products consistently, and connect advertising results with operational data.

New Shipment Status: Inbound Incomplete

To improve transparency between shipped and received quantities, a new shipment status has been introduced: Inbound Incomplete.

What’s new

  • Clear visibility when shipped quantities are not fully inbounded by the warehouse
  • Exact quantity discrepancies shown per shipment

What you can do

  • Request an inbound check (warehouse recount, charged only if stock is not found)
  • Accept the discrepancy
  • Edit shipped quantities directly

Why it matters

This simplifies stock reconciliation, reduces back-and-forth on discrepancies, and improves accuracy across inbound operations.

Continuing to Build on Operational Needs

Each O1 Suite update is shaped by real operational challenges faced by brands selling across marketplaces. This release continues that focus, helping teams work more efficiently while maintaining clarity and control.
