YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketplace Performance Marketing Manager, you will become part of our marketing department, helping us to share our passion and product knowledge with our customers on Amazon, Bol, Mano Mano and many other marketplaces within the European region. Any product, category, target, language and marketplace requires a different marketing strategy: after conducting in-depth marketing and product research, you will create and be responsible for marketing campaigns from the point 0 that are accessible to everyone and that will help us to reach our targets on the different marketplaces.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

At Operator One we believe that everyone's idea can make a difference and that's why we are looking for inquisitive people who like to think outside the box. Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 2 year of experience with Amazon Advertising/Mabaya platforms or at least 3 years of experience with GoogleAdwords/Facebook Ads - this is a must!
• Knowledge of Amazon/Marketplace eco-system
• Experience with reporting and use of system such as Tableau/PowerBI
• Understanding of Analytics and being able to turn the insights into our benefit
• Excellent command of English and German/French/Dutch/Italian, any additional language is a plus
• An eye for detail
• Energetic and proactive attitude
• The capacity to work independently, set clear goals and supervise other employees' marketing actions when is necessary
• The commitment to work accurately and consistently
• Minimum or Bachelor level in the field of Marketing or related
